Align Roanoke was founded by Jamie Brackenrich and began as a dedicated headache clinic focused on helping people find real relief. Over time, that foundation grew into a holistic care space offering head spa, wellness, and aesthetics services. Today, Align Roanoke serves the community with a whole-person approach designed to restore balance, promote healing, and help each client feel truly aligned.

    This 60 minute head spa starts with dry brushing to promote blood flow followed by a deep cleansing shampoo, halo water therapy, scalp exfoliation and hair treatments tailored to your hair.

    Your head spa experience includes a head massage to release stress and tension, especially helpful for migraines and tension headaches. The soothing ambience is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and reset!
